Mining
HDPE liners for Heap Leach Pads, Tailings Dams and Effluent Ponds.
Polyethylene geomembrane liners are used as a secure impermeable flexible barrier to prevent contamination of the soil, groundwater and environment by the chemical extraction solutions used in these methods, as well as the recapturing and recycling of the solution.

Primary tank liners and secondary containment
HDPE, Polyethylene liners for Primary Containment in various tank applications to prevent leaks and protection against deterioration or corrosion of both concrete or steel tanks from potentially environmentally harmful products. Liners are also placed under the tanks or in the dyked area for Secondary Containment. The liner is installed to the bunded area and ring beam wall around the tank to provide a low permeability, high chemical resistance flexible barrier to ensure against accidental chemical spills.
Landfills
HDPE liners and covers for both Hazardous and Non-Hazardous Landfills. For environmental protection and the proper functioning of a landfill containment the liner is a critical element. The primary liner function is the containment of hazardous leachate and the protection of valuable groundwater resources. A leak detection system can be installed to ensure the integrity of the primary liner on a continuous basis. Polyethylene geomembranes, resistant to most wastes, is used as an impermeable, flexible barrier to prevent interaction of landfill moisture with contaminated wastes to form leachate which could have unwanted variable characteristics. Leachate generation is a direct result of precipitation. A geomembrane cover to seal off the completed landfill cell serves to contain harmful methane gas which is a product of waste decomposition. Once contained, the gas can be collected for regeneration or flaring.
Irrigation channels
HDPE liner to irrigation water channels provides a cost effective barrier to reduce substantial seepage and contamination. Also the liner is an expedient method to repair existing deteriorated concrete linings.
Reservoirs and ponds
HDPE liners to ponds and dams for the containment of potable drinking water or irrigation water also preventing seepage loss.
Pools and decorative ponds
HDPE liners for resort pools and decorative ponds and lakes.
Aquaculture ponds
HDPE liners for ponds and tanks for the aquaculture industry. Farming can be greatly improved by the use of highly impermeable, durable polyethylene geomembrane lining systems providing benefits for:
during the last several years. Public awareness of the ecological impact of aquaculture effluent's, the concern for preventing groundwater contamination, the practice of water conservation and the control of disease causing organisms are just a few of the reasons for positive water containment.
- Secure water containment
- Enhanced water quality controls
- Control dissolved oxygen level
- Erosion control
- Improved working environments
- Low maintenance cost
- Easy waste removal
- Reduction of disease risk
- High quantity product harvesting

Sewage and effluent containment
HDPE liners for sewage & treated & untreated effluent storages. For environmental protection and the treating of sewage & effluent, the liner is a critical element. Polyethylene geomembranes provide excellent resistance to sewage & treated effluent and is an impermeable, flexible barrier to prevent interaction of sewage & effluent with surrounding areas and groundwater.
